Finding HIM Friday

As I ponder where I have found God this week I would have to say in my little man and in his smiles.
This past week it just seems as though His little personality has really began to shine and his smiles have become more and more frequent.
I love it!
This is Elijah and his Aunt Abby. He LOVES mirrors and she had him cooing and laughing. It was just the sweetest thing!
I see God in his sweet smile.
My little man is getting so very content. Sometimes he smiles and I just wonder what he is thinking as I look into his laughing eyes.
I see God in his sweet smile.
Sometimes Elijah will almost laugh at me and my heart melts as I laugh at his sweet little scrunched up face.
I see God in his sweet smile.
The Lord has so blessed me! Truly when I look at this picture and see my handsome prince and my precious little man-
I see God in our smiles.
This morning I was reading Elijah Psalm 139 and was struck by these verses:
13 "For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be."

As I have watched Elijah grow and change and smile more this past week I have been amazed. This morning I really was in awe just how amazing God is and what a miracle each life is! To think that the Lord knew each and everyone of us even before anyone else knew that we even existed! Truly mind-blowing!
This week-I found God in a smile-and it reminded me of what an amazing Creator God is.

Loved this post, and I love seeing al the photos. I can't wait to see you guys soon, give ya a hug and hold your little boy!! Oh and I can't wait to meet your family too!
